The development of cheese business is
conditioned with historically established when Euripian cheese
masters, along with Armenian cheese varieties, initiated the
production of yellow and blue cheses that are now in demand both
in local and export markets. Currently large-scale companies
function side by side with small-scale companies and are
specialized in the production of yogurt, sour-cream, curds and
ice-cream.
