  •    The  annual  production  of  the  plant  is  about   100   tonnes. The   plant produces three types of cheese. Chanakh and Lori cheeses are traditional Armenian cheese varieties, while Sisian cheese is unique as it is produced only at Boty cooperative. The appearance of the cheese is close to Lori type semi-salt cheese. The cheese is made in 2.7-3 kg round heads, which also contributes to the taste of the cheese. It is soft and easily melted, which makes it useful for making pizzas, cheesecakes, fondues, etc.

  •    Yerevan city  is  the  main  market  for  Boty’s  production.  The  company owns a cheese store in the center of Yerevan, where only the Boty products are sold. The cheese is also distributed to many other grocery stores to meet the high demand of consumers.
