road W leads to Bnunis.
Prince Ashot of Syunik gave this village to
Tatev monastery in 906. In the NW part is an Orbelian prince’s tombstone of
1321. There are two churches, one
ruined, the other with 14th
c. khachkars built into the walls. Till the earthquake of 1931 there
was funerary monument
