the Baghanis river to reach Baghanis,
with a ruined church perhaps of the 10th c. E of the
road, and 12-13th c. funerary monument. |

right (NE) fork from Baghanis
leads to the border and should probably be avoided.
It goes
to Voskevan,
formerly Ghoshghotan, with a 19th c. church;
birthplace of Soviet hero Ishkhan Saribekian, a sergeant in the
Great Patriotic War. |
